Inside TWU & Local 100

The list of delegates in good standing is posted on TWU of America (click here). Absent from this list is current Local 100 Administrative VP Angel Giboyeaux and VP's Tony Utano(MOW) and Brian Clark(Mabstoa). Also confirmed in
bad standing is Division Chairs Frank Austin and Tommy Lenane(Mabstoa). These officers (all of which serve on the Executive Board of Local 100)were found to be in BAD STANDING along with Executive Board members Christopher Magwood(Mabstoa),Pete Foley(MOW),Paul Piazza(Stations) and Terry Addams(RTO).Don't hate the messenger. I only bring facts. TWU's great leader and founder said " Paying Union dues is not enough, you must prepare yourself for leadership". That is what I have always done! How dare these so called union leaders have mismanaged their paying of dues? The lifeblood of any union. The once mighty TWU has lost its' moral compass. We drastically need change. Hopefully we can change course in a few months.

Tom Creegan

Editors Note: The International delegate election and Local 100 elections were run simultaneously in late 2009. If you were in bad standing for one, you were most definetly in bad standing for the other.

Is election fraud at Local 100 being blessed by the New York Area's Dept Of Labor and regional Law enforcement? One can only hope this is not the case, Local 100 is historically known for heavy political campaign donations in election years such as this one. Is it possible area politicians and maybe even other elected law enforcement individuals may be inclined to look the other way if they were of the same poilical affiliation?

Nah... too far fetched, So what are we to expect from these oversight agencies about confirmed election fraud at Local 100?

Bus Operator Licked By A Boss

Is Samuelsen still calling for time out on management like he did when he suspended contract talks?

They fired our people, they treat you with disrespect and now they humiliate you by licking the faces of our female operators. Where is the mighty TWU Michael Quill envisioned? Our Local is in the gutter as Johnny spends more time at Pathmark with the TWU Credit card. Maybe he is out to lunch at PJ Clarks munching on a juicy TWU Steak while he works on his gorgeous figure... keep eating Johnny, the Local is in flames!

Local 100 medium rare please!

Federal Judge Tosses Membership Lawsuit vs Johnny "Pathmark" Samuelsen

Hon. Dora irizarry

Judge to membership..."You do not have the right to vote on Local 100 Condo Purchase" John Samuelsen successful in blocking 38,000 TWU Local 100 members voice. We can go vote somewhere else. First he took money out of your pocket, now you have no say in his $24 miliion dollar Condo snatch! Can you really expect honest elections later this year? Full story click here

Ed DeCamillis

Ed DeCamillis, Chair, Power Division, illegally obstructed Division/Section meeting motion to bring Samuelsen condominium purchase before Local 100 membership for vote. Official charges against DeCamillis for his actions inexplicably delayed since October, 2011 by Samuelsen administration. What's the rush to bury DeCamillis charges and spend memberships $24 million boys?  Is there something to this purchase we don't know of? Could this be a shady Samuelsen deal as we've suspected all along? How about we help you out and show those charges, you can't seem to find. Ask Mr. Samuelsen why he disrepects all the members that signed these charges. (click here)

Charges on Ed DeCamillis

Samuelsen not only wants exclusive control of Local 100's millions...

He won't answer to anyone about his actions!

The little guy on the right end needs a Metro Card, Pathmark Johnny snatched his car away.

I wonder what else Mr. Samuelsen did to Nelson Rivera in the privacy of his closed door office,

...we may never know truth!

Did Samuelsen right hand man screw his members and admit to it ?

Steve Downs

Subways

RTO Div Chair, Steve Downs has allegedly bargained in bad faith for members of RTO C Division. Mr. Downs is a close ally of President John Samuelsen and current Local 100 E-Board member. After reading this, one can only imagine his thoughts on the Local 100 scabs currently sitting along side him each month at Local 100 E-Board meetings. The U.S. Dept of Labor has Identfied and sued TWU in its efforts to dismiss known dues cheats Like MaBSTOA Maintenance Div Vice Chair Tom Lenane from office. If true this would clearly define Steve Downs as a political pidgeon of the Samuelsen administration. Members should immediately file complaints with the U.S. Dept of Labor for investigation and compliance with LMRDA and all appropriate Federal laws.

Steve Downs allededly said he is willing to contractually punish the 25% to 30% of C-Division workers who are in good standing.  Downs’ own words were: “I am okay with this happening to C-Division because of the high level of members in bad standing. Perhaps the good standing members in C-Division will convince those in bad standing to pay the local what they owe”

No Shame for Scabs

Update 2/13/12

Scabs add lies to moral dificiencies.

Seems Mr. Lenane is allegedly spreading rumors about our recent encounter at the Kingsbridge Depot Swing room. His version differs greatly from those witnessed by the dues paying members of KB. For the record, Mr. Lenane never moaned a word as he was directly called a scab by myself after Frank Austin had his turn. The rosey cheeked and disgraced Local 100 scab never said a single word as several dozen Bus Operators looked on and witnessed the whole event. I guess those Bus operators witnessed Mr. Lenanes fantasy? This particular individual is a disgrace and as twisted as his dues record. That why the US Dept of Labor kicked him out of office and into the gutter were the rest of the Local 100 E-Board scabs will eventually find themselves, one by one they fall from the tree of lies.

Frank Austin & Tom Lenane Know No Shame

Scabs infest Kingsbridge Depot on a cold winter day.

Lucky Guy Collects TWU Pension & Weekly Union Paycheck... dues hard at work !

Dr. Frank Goldsmith

How to collect both a Union Pension from TWU and a weekly Paycheck from the same TWU Local Union. The new definition of double dipping.

Dr. Frank Goldsmith has been confirmed as having collected TWU Staff pension benefits while actively on TWU Staff payroll. Several additional staff members under the current administration have also been identified...this may be very wide spread.

International President, James Little... are you watching?

Local 100 E-Board Hides Article 21 Charges Against John Samuelsen

Tom Creegan

Tom Creegan Charged John Samuelsen, President of Local 100 under Article 21 of the TWU Constitution on September 21, 2011. Those charges have never been heard by the same Scab E-Board currently in place at Local 100. Nearly 40 TWU scabs, confirmed by the U.S. Dept of Labor continue to protect each other and John Samuelsen as they dismiss membership charges against themselves. TWU International and James Little continue to look the other way as they do everything under the sun to keep John Samuelsen in office regardless of how many By-Laws and TWU Constitution articles are constantly broken.

Just in, notices are in the mail as U.S. Dept of Labor identify's Local 100 officers in bad standing and ineligible to vote as convention delegates. Local 100 continues to shield scabs that vote in sensitive E-Board motions similar to $24 million dollar Samuelsen condominium purchase. TWU Money fly's out the door.

All TWU Local's across the nation should be watching this very closely.

Local 100 Scab List Released

Derrick Echevaria, Stations Dept Div Chair

Latest Local 100 scab list released. Stations Dept Div Chair, Derrick Echevaria among names submitted by Local 100 President John Samuelsen to U.S. Dept of Labor. Records submitted show approximately eight months of dues arrears for Mr. Echevarria.

Gov. Cuomo

Jan 16, 2012

N.Y. Governor Cuomo to TWU 100...

“What I think is appropriate [for the MTA] are the contracts we negotiated with our public employees, where the public employees acknowledged that there is a terrible financial problem in this state and . . . executed contracts with no raises,”

...New York Governor Andrew Cuomo.

What happened to Samuelsen's Rope-A-Dope? Is this the result of a peachy relationship with the MTA's Joseph Lhotta and their spliting of the hamburger tab? The MTA has no fear of a credible threat from TWU Local 100. John Samuelsen can't mobilize the Local's 34,000 Transit workers and the MTA knows it. Local 100 is lost.

TWU Ordered To Hold Special Elections By Feds

Neither of these two Presidents will tell you about re-doing elections concerning Local 100 officers. The right thing to do is to inform your membership gentlemen. But that would raise questions about the other scabs currently on the Local 100 E-Board. Remember Frank Austin's dues issue? The U.S. Department Of Labor will be hosting a Pre-Election Conference at 201 Varick Street, New York, NY 10014 on January 10, 2012. That's when Tom Lenane and Barry Roberts get chucked under the bus U.S. Dept of Labor style.

If you have questions give the U.S. Dept of Labor a call at (646) 264-3154 (646) 264-3190, Ask for assistant Election Supervisor Bennett Allen.

Remember Samuelsen's pledge of transparency and honesty?

What ever happened to that line of BS?

Side note: Many readers ask why are these two hiding and protecting the scabs? Simple, those protected scabs generally wind up at the next convention and are the ones that will cast a vote in the next TWU International election. They will vote and elect the next TWU International President. Secondly if they admitted Local 100 had illegal scabs on board, all previous E-Board decisions would be in jeopardy. Remember Treasurer Rivera's kangaroo E-Board trial? This federal case above is paramount for pending litigation against Local 100 and TWU International for their role in Treasurer Rivera's case. They can no longer spin or lie. Stay tuned for the $24 million 3 floor Condo purchase without a membership vote scandal. Its time to pay the piper. Hasta la vista baby!

Chaplain Max Ortiz

Gun Hill Bus Operator and Chaplain Slandered By acting Bronx Div Chair Tony Aikin

Max Ortiz feared as potential challenger against unpopular and unelected acting Division Chair

Tony Aiken

Take a long look at the face that screwed you with the Solidarity Fund, Lied to you and hid open work on the Metro North Line that should have been openly posted and available by seniority. This is the rocket scientist that screwed you out of your three day weekend for Christmas and New Years if you had a run with no sunday print. He cheated you out of your vote and an election by violating the Local 100 By-Laws and making himself Division Chair. This is the same moron that will never let you speak your piece at Depot/Union meetings and is quick to tell you "you'll be dealt with" if you don't follow his rules. Go ahead...be afraid of our very own MaBSTOA wanna be gangsta. When is enough going to be enough? Nothing but trash.

I ain't scared of punks and never will be...I will take you head on any day of the week!

Come pay me a visit... Anytime princess...Step up!.
